Return Policy
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your product according to the following conditions:
- Return Period
You have the right to return the product within 7 days of receiving your order. This period starts on the day you receive your order. - Condition of the Product
The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. - Process
To initiate a return,you request a review of your order in your account page or send us a email - Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. - Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the EU.
Standard Shipping (Netherlands): Free
Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days
Standard Shipping (EU): Free
Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries within the EU. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to remote regions, or P.O. boxes. If your shipping destination is outside our service areas, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, any customs or import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees may be applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.
Missing or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you in tracking your package.

Warranty
Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing our bracelets. Please note that we do
not offer warranties for our bracelets. Due to their delicate nature, the
bracelets may break if caught on objects or through improper use. While we
strive to deliver high-quality craftsmanship, these items require careful
handling to maintain their condition. We do however offer a 2 year warranty on
all other products.
Additionally, we cannot verify how or under what
circumstances a bracelet may have broken. As a result, we are unable to provide
replacements or repairs under a warranty.
